Description: This product is highly suitable as a protective overprint for offset printed surfaces on paper, cardboard, and corrugated materials. It is also suitable for some pre-treated polypropylene surfaces. It does not create any blocking effects on printed materials.
Key Features: High gloss, excellent spread on the surface, fast drying, no blocking, good adhesion.
Printing: 150-180T, diazo or photopolymer emulsion, 65 shore squeegee.
Drying: UV oven, 80-120 W/cm lamp, speed 16-40 m/min.
Thinners: Ready to use.
Auxiliary Additives: UV curing accelerator C.080041 1-3%, antistatic UV 080081 0.5-1%.
Note: It is recommended to conduct a test before printing.
