Ink System: Quimoprop PP

Description: Suitable for printing on PP (Polypropylene) surfaces. It is especially ideal for bottles, juice cartons, and similar items made from polypropylene.
Key Features: Provides a satin gloss and a silky touch feel, can dry at room temperature, has strong adhesion and good application properties on surfaces, comes in standard colors as well as metallic gold and silver colors. It is sold ready to use.
Silk: Suitable for use with polyester silk in the range of 70-140T.
Ragle Rubber: Suitable for use with ragle rubbers in the 65-75 shore range.
Screen and Emulsion: Diazo or film emulsion.
Drying: 10-15 minutes at room temperature, 45-60 seconds in a 60°C oven.
Thinners: NL solvent C.890 NL1 for fast drying, NP solvent C.890NP1 for normal drying.
Note: Do not forget to do a test print.
