Description: Politronic UV series is suitable for rigid PP (Polypropylene) and PE (Polyethylene). Before printing, the material should be subjected to flame application or corona application.
Main features: Glossy printing, UV drying, excellent adhesion to treated polyolines, excellent light sensitivity. In addition to standard colors and 4 process colors, there are also transparent colors.
Printing: Printing is done by silk screen printing method
Silk:150-180T should be used
Emulsion: The emulsion must be diazo or photopolymer
Squeegee: 65-75 shore
Drying: UV oven, 80/120 W/cm lamp, average speed 16-30 meters per minute
Thiners: Politronic UV thinner (code: 09 p 991) with an addition of 5-10%
Auxiliary additives: UV drying accelerator (code 080041) 1-3% additional, UV leveling additive, UV anti pitting inhibitor, UV anti-static, UV defoamer Cleaning: Cleaning solvent (code 890011)
Note: Do not forget to make test prints before printing.
