Ink System: ZK Farbe
Category: Solvent-Based Screen Printing Ink
Description: This ink is suitable for use on pre-treated polyolefins, metals, glass, wood materials, thermosets, paper, and cardboard. Its primary use is for pre-treated packaging and printing polyolefins.
Printing Gloss: Provides a high gloss finish.
Color Options: Basic and standard colors, as well as special colors (transparent yellow) are available.
Hardener: ZK hardener L 13982 ZK or (for glass) hardener L 16894.
Thinner: Thinner 2090, retardant VZ, K 097 retardant, VZ 4-Paste formulation in 10% or 20% ratio.
Drying: Dries in 5 minutes at 60°C, 3 minutes at 80°C, and 1.5 minutes at 120°C.
Varnish: Can be used with ZK-Ink 093 varnish.
Silk: Suitable for all screen printing silks and mesh counts.
Emulsion: Solvent-resistant emulsions should be used.
Note: Please don't forget to perform test prints before starting production.
