Ink System: Jet 200

Description: JET® 200 is a fast-drying screen printing ink that successfully prints on both plasticized and non-plasticized PVC, VC copolymers, artificial leather, acrylics, polycarbonate, and polystyrene. This ink is also resistant to thermoforming processes when printing on thermoplastics.

JET® 200 does not contain pigments associated with toxic heavy metals (DIN EN 71, Section 3), making it an environmentally friendly and safe option.

This ink is specifically designed to achieve durable and high-quality prints on a variety of materials.

Printing Gloss: Provides a satin gloss finish. The gloss level may vary depending on the surface of the material.

Color Options: Basic color options are available in the Pröll color catalog.

Matting: Depending on the desired level of matting, matting paste 098 can be used in a 5-10% range.

Thinning: Paste 94 can be used as a thinner.

Silk: All screen printing silks are suitable for printing.

Emulsion: Capillary films and solvent-resistant emulsions should be used.

Drying: Can be dried at room temperature or in conveyor belt dryers.

Varnishing: MZ 093/000 varnish can be used.

Auxiliary Products: Not specified.
