Category: Water-Based Screen Printing Ink
Description: This water-based screen printing ink is suitable for difficult-to-print materials such as polycarbonate, acrylic, rigid PVC, polystyrene, ABS, pre-treated polyester, and polyolefins.
Printing Gloss: Basic colors provide a satin finish.
Color Options: Basic colors and process color options are available.
Matting: You can achieve a matte finish by adding Matting Agent 2009.
Thinning: Can be thinned with approximately 5-10% water.
Silk: Can be used with all screen printing silks and mesh counts.
Emulsion: Water-based ink-resistant emulsions can be used.
Drying: Drying time varies depending on the surface, drying equipment, and environmental conditions.
Varnish: For a satin finish, Aqua-jet KF 093 varnish can be used. For a glossy print, L 49626 varnish can be used.
Note: It is recommended to perform test prints before starting the main production.
