Ink System: RP Series Rubber and Balloon Ink

Application Surfaces: Rubber products, EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate), TPR, synthetic materials.
Final Printed Products: Balloons, shoes, and rubber materials.
Product Characteristics: Glossy, soft appearance, scratch-resistant, good adhesion, and suitable for EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) products.
Silk: Monofilament silks are suitable, and silks in the range of 150-300T are recommended.
Squeegee: 65-85 shore, must be solvent-resistant.
Drying: Drying should be done at temperatures below 60 degrees. At room temperature, 10-15 minutes is sufficient for surface drying, while full curing is achieved within 30 minutes.
Thinners: RP (slow), RP (medium speed), RP (fast) drying thinners are available.
Note: Please do not forget to conduct test prints before starting the actual printing process.
