Ink System: Tampoprop Pad Printing Ink
Description: Tampoprop is a pad printing ink applied to PP-Polypropylene and PP-Polyethylene products after pretreatment.
Key Features:
- Satin gloss and silky touch.
- Can dry at room temperature.
- Good adhesion after 24-48 hours.
- Color options from the Quimovil color catalog, process colors, gold, and silver are available.
Drying:
- Drying time is 5-10 minutes at room temperature, or 30-60 seconds in an oven at 60°C.
Thinners:
- NL Solvent C 890NL1 (normal drying) 20-30%.
- NP Solvent C 890 NP1 (slow drying) 5-15%.
Cleaning:
- Cleaning solvent (C890011).
Note: Don't forget to perform test prints before starting production.
