Ink System: Tampocat Pad Ink

Description: Used as a pad printing ink, it has a wide range of applications. It is a two-component ink to ensure good adhesion and resistance to chemical agents.

Key Features:

• Glossy finish.
• High-speed drying.
• Two-component (ink and hardener) system that cures at room temperature.
• High resistance to alcohol and petroleum.
• Suitable for outdoor use.

Colors: Available in Quimovil color catalog.

Special Considerations: For prints on materials to be used outdoors, it must be mixed with the hardener and allowed to cure for 72 hours.

Drying:

• Dries in 30-70 seconds at room temperature.
• 10-15 seconds in a 45°C oven is sufficient.

Thinners:

• For fast drying: Pad solvent (C890T01).
• For normal drying: Pad solvent (C890T02).

Catalyst:

• Hardener Tampocat (C33990).
