Category: Screen Printing Inks
Description: It is a double component ink. It needs a catalyst or hardener to be dried. It has a good retention property on duroplastic, thermoplastic and difficult surfaces, glass and metals.
Key features: Glossy printing, room temperature drying (full drying after 24 hours), chemical resistance, standard colors, fluorescent and metallic color options are available.
Special Applications: Catalyst mixture 70% ink,15-25% Seripox 600 can be used. This ink is not recommended for outdoor areas.
Surfaces used: Duroplastic, polyolefin, glass and metal
Silk: size 100-120 polyester silk
Emulsion: Diazo, photoemulsion
Squeegee: 65-75 shore
Drying: 8-24 hours at room temperature, 30-60 minutes at 150-200 degrees in the oven
Thinners: SP solvent (C.890031) Normal drying, S1 solvent (C 890021) fast drying
Catalyst: Seripox 600 hardener (C306991) is 15-20 units to 100 units of ink. The container life is 12 hours.
Note: Do not forget to make Test Prints.
