Description: NoriPUR is a one- or two-component screen printing and pad printing ink that can be applied to PVC, pre-treated polyester films, polyolefins, acrylics, polycarbonates, wood, and metal.
Resistance to Weather Conditions: It offers excellent resistance to weather conditions.
Printing Gloss: Provides a satin finish.
Color Options: Available in basic and standard colors, special colors, and formulations with high opacity.
Components: Hardener PUR-ZK No: 1, PUR ZK No: 2.
Screen Printing Thinners: Thinner Norilit 090, Retarders VZ 2, K097, addition rate 10-20%.
Pad Printing Thinners: Thinner 6601 (very fast), Tampo Jet SK 090 (fast), Norilit U 090 (medium), Retarders VZ (slow) or VZ 2 (very slow), addition rate 30%.
Silk: Suitable for all silks and mesh counts.
Emulsion: Solvent-resistant emulsions should be used.
Drying: Drying is done at 120°C for 10 minutes, at 150°C for 5 minutes.
Varnish: NoriPUR 093 clear varnish is recommended.
Note: The ink and auxiliary products should always be kept at room temperature before use. Don't forget to perform test prints.
