Description: A physically drying, single-component ink used for pre-treated or untreated polypropylene.
Pad Printing Applications: Medical instruments (syringes and bags), office supplies, promotional materials.
Pad Printing Application Method: Can be easily printed with both open or closed cup pad printing machines.
Printing Result: Glossy printing surface.
Color Options: Basic and standard colors.
Thinning: For screen printing, use Noriprop 090 at 15-20%, for pad printing, use Thinner 6601 (very fast), Tampo-Jet SK090 (fast), Norilit U090 (medium) with an addition rate of 20-25%.
Silk: Do not use silks below than 120 mesh.
Emulsion: Solvent-resistant emulsions should be used.
Drying: Dry in tunnel dryers or curing ovens at 50-60°C.
Note: Test prints should be done before printing.
