The Panasonic PLC controls the machine for smooth operation. It features an automatic counter. When the counter exceeds 10,000, it automatically resets. A correlation sensor controls the lowering of the tamping cylinder. The tamping cylinder can rotate 90 degrees. It is capable of printing small images on large surfaces and automatic production. The automatic function can be enabled with Jog Test 1. An automatic pad cleaning strip is available. The cleaning mode can be applied optionally.
