In our workshop, we provide screen printing stencil making, shooting and film production services on an area of 750 m2.Silk screen stencil is manufactured in the workshop in all sizes from iron + aluminum in accordance with the demands of our customers.The dimensions of the stencils made vary decently from 200mm x 200mm to 4380mm x 3000mm. A total of 50 stencil can be stretched daily in different sizes with 4 silk tensioning machines in our workshop. Apart from our silk tensioning machines, the emulsion process is carried out untouched by means of 3 automatic emulsion machines.Our emulsions are solvent based according to the type of ink that the customer will use in the silk screen printing, it is applied as resistant to water-based and UV-based inks.The stencils dried in our modern drying ovens have a long service life.The film exposure of the stencils can be performed for any size of stencil up to 3000mmx4380mm.In addition, our customers are also offered the processes of preparing films on a computer and taking acetate dumps.In accordance with the responsibilities of our customer-oriented work, technical support is provided at work in case of any problems with the screen printing stencil.According to the minimum order quantity of the orders received, our customer can receive delivery of his order from our workshop as soon as possible or request it is delivered to the address it is sent to.
