Seripox S600

Description

 It is two components or catalytic inks, which means that they need the addition of theri catalyst or hardener in order to dry . they have a good binding on duroplastics, polyolefinh, thermoplastics and difficult surfaces such as glass and metals.

Main features

-          Glossy finish,

air drying + cross-linking

-          high chemical and abrasion resistance

-          it achieves all its resisttance after 24 hours,

-           standard colors, Quimovil color card, fluorescend and metallic colors

 Special features

 The mixing proportion of the catalyst is 100 parts of ink 70 15-25 parts of seripox 600 hardener. This ink is not recommended for printing objects for outdoor exposure.

65-75 shore

Drying

Room temperature 8-24 hours. Stove 150-200 celsius 30-60 minutes

Thinner

 SP solvent (C.890031 ) n. Dry.

S1 solvent (C 890021) quick dry

Catalyst

Seripox 600 hardener (C306991) 15-20 parts to 100 parts of ink. Pot life 12 hours.
