Description

 Quimomid ink supplies a strong adhesion on polyamide. It also provides high elasticity and water resistance

 Main features

-mat/satin finish

- drying by evaporation+cross linking

-standard colors Quimovil Colour card, 4 process colors, transparent base

-silver and gold. Two component ink (port life: 3-4 days)

Hardener

-Hardener Quimostar ext. White and high outdoor resistance

-hardener Quimoflask, for standard colours, less out door resistance

 Mesh

 Polyester mesh of 25-120 threads/cam

Stencil

Diazo, film emulsion

Squeeges

65-75 shore

Drying

Room temperature 15-45 minutes.

Infrared oven at 40-100 celsius 10 to 5 minutes respectively.
