Description

 Politronic U.V. is a range of U.V. curing screen printing inks for rigid PP ( polypropylene) and PE  (polyethylene) printing with a previous flame treatment or corona discharge treatment.

Main features

 Glossy finish, drying by UV curing, excellent adherence on treated polyolefins, excellent light fastness. Standard colours, Quimovil color card, 4 process colours, transparent base.

Rigid treated PE an PP

-screen printing

-mesh 150-180 threads/cm

-diazo or photopolymer emulsion.

-65-75 shore squeege.

Drying

UV oven, 80/120 W/cm lamp approx speed=16-30 m/min.

Thinners

 Thinner politronic U.V (code 09 p 991) 5-10%

Auxiliary additives

UV drying accelerator (code 080041) 1-3 % UV leveling agent, UV antipitting, UV anti static, UV anti foam

Washing up

Cleaning solvent (code 890011)
