Description

Rainbow ink is a solvent – based metallic ink for creating iridescent rainbow-like color efffects on clear transparent PC,  PVC and pre-treated PETfilms, when printed on the reverse side of materials (second surface print) even by firs surface decoration, interesting effects can be achieved.

Colorshades

rainbow ink  10/100, rainbow ink 10/50 rainbow ink 35/100, rainbow ink 35/50

Substrates

Printing resulst are depend on the substrate as well as conditions of printing and application. We expressly recommend testing your substrate under your particular conditions before starting a print run.

Preperation

Stir well before each use

Auxiliares

Thinner 6401 , stabilizier M1 addition 10 %

Fabrics

 Due to the pigment particle size of up to 35 micron, fabrics from 77-120 threads/cm are suitable.

Squeege

65 – 75 A shore

Drying

At 50- 70 celcus in a jet dryer and then 30 min at 80 celcus (pre test are required)

Overprinting

 To protect the printed substrate you can overprint  you should pretest before overprinting.
