Description

Physically drying one-component ink for  printing on untreated and pre-treated polypropylene.

Pad printing applications:

-          Medical instruments (syringes and bags)

-          Office supplies, wring instruments

-          Advertising material.

Pad printing processing:

The ink is easily pocessable, regardless of whether the machine is equipped with an open well or closed cup.

Thinning

 Screen printing noripop 090 15-20%

Pad printing: thinners 6601 (vedl fazü)tampojet SK090 (fast), norilit U090 (medium) quantity approx 20-25%

Fabrics

Please use fabrics not coarser than 120 threads/cm

Stencil

Solvent resistant emulsion must be used . 

Drying

Please use tunnel dryer or a dryin oven, temperature is 50 celsius-60 celsius.

Printing results, to a large extent, depend on the substrate as well as the printing and application conditions. We recommend checking your printing materials under your  conditions of use. Prior to any production runs.
