Description

Norilit U is suitable for printing on metals, pre-treated polyester films, pre-treated polyolefin, polycarbonate, powder coated and lacquered metals.

Basic colors fort he pröll matching system, standard colors (White opaque, black)

Thinning

Screen printing; thinner norilit 090, retarders K097 or retarder paste UZ4-P quantitiy approx 20%,

Pad printing; thinners tampo jet SK090 (fast), norilit U 090 (medium), retarder UZ (slow) quantity approx 30%

Mesh

 All screen printing fabrics and mesh counts are suitable.

Stencil

 Solvent resistant emulsions must be used. 

Drying

It dries rather slowly. For printing on substrates such as metal sor lacquered materials hot air drying is recommended. E.g. 120 to 150 celsius 15 to 30 min.

Overprinting

 Overprinting lacquer norilit 093 colorless
