Description

ZK ink top rint on pre-treated polyolefins, metal, glass, wooden materials, thermosets, paper and cardboard. Main use is printing and packing materials made of pre-treated polyolefins.

Finish

 High gloss finish

 Color shades

Basic and standard  colors, special color ( yellow transparent)

Hardener

ZK hardener L 13982 ZK  glass hardener L 16894

Thinning

 Thinner 2090, retarder VZ or K 097 retarder paste VZ 4-P quantity 10/-20 % by weight.

Drying

60 celsius – 5 minutes, 80 celcius 3 minutes 120 celcius 1,5 minutes.

Overprinting

Overprint varnish ZK-Ink 093 is suitable

Mesh

All usual screen printing fabrics and mesh counts are suitable

Stencil

Solvent resistan emulsions must be used.

Printing results, to a large extent, depend on the substrate as well as the printing and application conditions. We recommend checking your printing materials under your conditions of use prior to any production runs.
